Register/Fees/Discounts

Welcome to Strath Haven Hockey online registration!

***Note: Players must be fully registered prior to attending any practices.***

1. Have your player's current USA Hockey number handy. If your player doesn't have a numer or needs to renew, go to www.usahockey.com and register/renew.  Players are REQUIRED to have a current USA Hockey number in order to register with Haven Hockey.
2. Select the registration link below, either as a player or coach. Which will direct you to our TeamSnap page
3. Follow instructions to set up a family account. Enter all requested information.
4. Add information on all players from your family before continuing registration.
5. Designate all players with their appropriate teams and order jerseys (if you need them).
6. If claiming a multi-player discount, do so only on the youngest player you are registering.
7. Complete the process by making a minimum $300 non-refundable registration deposit by credit card (which will be applied to your total fees), and print your invoice for your records. Balance of payment is due when practices commence and may be paid by check given to our club treasurer, Anne Clauss, or mailed to or via Paypal:

All players should be registered no later than September 30th. Late registrations will incur a $50 surcharge per player.

Ice Fees (Games and Regular Practices)

$1,340 - High School teams - Boys and Girls

$1,085 - Middle School Teams

$880 - Elementary Team

$550 -  Mites Team

A minimum non-refundable fee of $300 per player is due at the time of registration.

**Early registration discount**

The balance of fees are due in full by October 15, 2016

A $50 surcharge is added for players registering after September 30.

Jersey Fees (for new purchases only)

$220 - Varsity / Middle School Jerseys

$44 - Elementary Jerseys

All jerseys come in sets of two.

Mites only need 1 black jersey at $22

Prices estimated for the next season. Strath Haven Hockey reserves the right to amend jersey fees in accordance with manufacturer costs at the time of jersey orders.

Registration Surcharges / Fees

Players and coaches must be registered with

USA Hockey and Strath Haven Hockey

before they can go on the ice.

All players on the high school teams must submit a copy of their PIAA before going onto the ice the coach or manager

DUE at first ice practice in September - earlier is better!

Strath Haven Hockey requires all players that compete at the High School level (High School and Girls Varsity teams) to submit to their coaches a copy of their certified, up-to-date PIAA form.  Players who are registered on Haven Middle School teams who "play up" with any high school team from time-to-time must also submit the PIAA to the High School coaches, even if they play up only occasionally.

If you have not already done so, make your appointment for your Physical Exam right away, as high school level players may not go on the ice for practices or games until they have submitted the PIAA.  Appointments may begin as early as June 1st.

Please be sure your physician prints their name legibly, then signs and dates the PIAA.

Submit a it to your coach or manager at the first ice practice in September.  We will take te entire team's PIAA and submit them all to the Athletic Director at the high school.  If you play a fall sport - make a copy to submit to us also, with section 7 completed

Once the Varsity coaches have received a copy of your PIAA, they will deliver it to the Strath Haven Hockey registrar for club records.

If you play a fall sport you will be required to complete section 7.
